395local.com is built to respect your privacy. Here's exactly what happens.
What we collect
- If you subscribe to the Thursday email: your email address (and first name, if you give it) and which area edition you chose. That's used only to send you the newsletter. It's stored with our email provider, Mailchimp.
- When you visit the site: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which gives us basic, aggregate traffic numbers. It sets no cookies and doesn't build a profile of you or collect personal information.
What we don't do
- We don't sell, rent, or share your data.
- We don't run ads or ad-tracking.
- We don't require an account to read anything.
Your choices
Every newsletter has a one-click unsubscribe, and you can change your area editions from any email. Want your information removed entirely? Email us and we'll take care of it.
