Get your events on the calendar

The best way? Add your organization once.

List your org in the Directory and we take it from there — we find your events automatically and add them, forever, with no more work on your part. I'd much rather add your org once than hand you the ongoing job of submitting every event. Here's that option and a few others, best first.

★ Best — set it and forget it

Add your organization

If your org has a website or an Instagram, add it to the Directory. From then on we watch those pages and add your events automatically — you never have to submit anything again. One and done.

No website or Instagram — but you have a poster?

Add the event yourself and upload the poster. Chalky reads the details right off it for you.

Add your event → then choose “I have a poster.”

No poster? Use the poster maker.

I built a poster maker that's genuinely good, and it's built right into the site. It translates your poster into Spanish for you, and prints full-size or half-size. Anyone can use it — including to make a poster for an event you just came across.

Make a poster → then choose “I need a poster.”

No computer? A handwritten sign works.

Write your event on a sign and post it at one of the local coffee shops around Bishop. A volunteer Event Scout will photograph it and it'll land on the calendar — nothing else for you to do.
